AHS-18D
AHS-18D
Brushe Stainless Steel Cabinet is NEW for 2011Red relates to the warmer incoming water found in southern states. The American Heat Super ADK-1 single, in-tandem with other ADK units, units in parallel and use of the larger, more powerful AH Model line for bigger hot water users are considerations. Orange and Green areas of this map indicate cooler incoming water. In this area you could use the Super ADK-1 units or smaller units in tandem to heat smaller amounts of water such as showers. Light blue indicates those states that have colder incoming water and should use the larger American Heat AH Models. Dark Blue represents cold water areas that require the larger AH Models and may only supply 3.0 GPM with the AH27 unit at 45 degree F incoming water. Note that more than one tankless water heater may be required depending on your hot water needs and incoming water temperature. This chart allows comparison of individual American Heat AH models based on 105 F degree hot water produced from the inlet temperature at the top of this page. This chart is a standard heat rise chart and is useful in determining the model needed by the number of gallons per minute vs the heat rise required.Installation Guide
