Return Policy
American Heat Return Policy
All our products are covered by the American Heat Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase then send it back within 14 days, unused, in a new condition and with all paperwork and documents. Please enclose a copy of your invoice. We will refund your money within 10 days. We do not refund money on used or installed equipment. Please follow the these 4 easy steps to receive your refund on a timely basis:

You can track the shipment back to us. We are sorry, but we do not refund original shipping expenses as pointed out in our shipping policy as noted in FAQ of this store. When we have processed your return then your will receive an e-mail confirmation. You should see a credit to your credit card within 10 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise. The credit will be the money received for your merchandise ordered. Returned tankless water heaters will be put through an inspection to affirm the unit was not installed or used. If your unit works through inspection by the American Heat technicians then we have to assume that it worked at your location as well, you will have your unit returned. If your unit is proven to be defective at the American Heat plant then you will be given an exchange unit. If you want to exchange your unit for a another unit then then send it back within 14 days, unused, in new condition and with all paperwork, box and documents and arrange for payment on another unit before shipping back to us. We do not further exchange or credit these additional transactions beyond the initial exchange.
