The ADK-7 uses 240 Volts at 6.4 kilowatts at a Max of 29 Amps using a two pole 30 Amp breaker.  The temperature rise chart illustrates the flow rates and temperature rise which can be achieved with different ADK Models. The chart is based on a 240 volt input voltage and maximum flow rates are listed for various incoming water temperature levels. If your home or business has less than 240 volt power (208v), your flow rate will be lower. Simply look up your incoming water temperature and desired flow rate to determine your model choice. Temperature of your incoming water change throughout the year. When planning the final replacement of your old tank water heater then be sure to find the cold incoming water in the winter when calculating your temperature rise.
